INTERNATIONAL DESIGN PROGRAM
Our international design program iDesign, is a powerful CD-ROM and Internet program that aids architects by provides important information and enables the importing of drawings from the International Window product line into other commonly used computer-design programs. Not only does the iDesign offer architects product drawings, it also provides other pertinent information, such as performance matrixes, testing reports, and STC and AAMA ratings.
SIMULATED DIVIDED LITE
Our popular simulated divided lite grid is now available in the Majestic Series windows. Grids applied to the exterior of the glass surface with a "shadow bar" inside the insulated unit, give the divided lite grid the appearance of a true divided lite. The detailed grape shape design lends a touch of beauty and elegance to your vinyl windows by adding the appearance of wood with the lasting durability of a PVC product.

Royal Spectra-Coat™ represents the dawn of a new era for PVC window systems. It allows you to choose from a spectrum of color possibilities to beautify your home, giving it enhanced street appeal and individuality.
Royal Spectra-Coat™ is a well-tested and field-proven window coating system that provides outstanding protection against all weather conditions, without peeling, flaking or cracking. This revolutionary high-performance waterborne polyurethane coating has been specifically designed for application to PVC, assuring long-lasting durability and customer satisfaction. Coatings are tested to ASTM 4803 for durability and heat absorption.

At IWC, we operate our facilities with state-of-the-art equipment and manufacturing techniques. By linking modern machine technology, up-to-date software, the newest communication technology and interactive software with our team’s expertise, IWC is able to manufacture an exceptional product with CNC precision at a fraction of the labor cost.
AUTOMATED INTERCEPT® GLASS SYSTEM
In its manufacturing process, we use IWC’s patented Intercept® insulating-glass system in all our facilities. The intercept system utilizes a U-shaped, thin metallic spacer between the glass panes for better energy performance than standard insulating glass units, especially around the perimeter of the glass, giving it a "warmer edge." Intercept I.G. units can improve indoor glass temperatures of a window by 5-15%. As a result, condensation is less likely to form on the inside glass surface perimeter.
Stürtz FlexFab & Welding - Our automatic sawing and fabrication center uses the latest technology in fabrication and sawing. The company operates six fully integrated CNC FlexFab centers to process and fabricate PVC extrusions in our operations.
GED - Lean Net Master Scheduler Software and Lineal Optimization IWC—We recently purchased a state-of-the-art lineal optimization system that fully integrates and networks the plant floor equipment with production control as well as an interface with the host AS-400 system.
DELIVERY LEAD TIMES
All of our customers’ orders are scheduled and custom manufactured on a seven-day lead cycle. The order day is not counted and the delivery day must coincide with the day the truck is scheduled to be in a particular area. Therefore, once the order is processced, the items will be shipped on the next truck to that area. Most areas receive deliveries two days each week (i.e. Tuesdays & Thursdays or Mondays & Wednesdays.) Deliveries of 50 pieces or more may require additional production time.
